UPDATE: This video is from Calgary, Alberta in July of 1999. I guess it's not news but nevertheless shows the power and danger of summer storms. Green urban planning (rain gardens, green roofs, rain barrels, etc.) can significantly reduce the flow of stormwater into sewer systems.
El Santo Rides Again
El Hijo Del Santo is back! Last Spring, Wildcoast launched a public awareness campaign featuring Lucha Libre star El Hijo del Santo about threats to the Southern California and Baja coast. Here is the awesome PSA about the threat L'Aguas Negras (sewage) poses to the Tijuana River.
